Useful equipment

PC (Fixed or Laptop). - The use of a desktop or laptop is recommended. Our Group's electronic platform also supports mobile devices (iPad - tablet - mobile phones).

Internet. It does not have to be very fast.

Web camera, Microphone and headphones (optional).

Digital stylus (Optional).

Useful programs

You need to download the program https://zoom.us/ to conduct the digital lessons as well as to create your personal e-mail account for the most effective communication with the teachers.

Pdf reader - It is recommended that you download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you use a stylus, you need to use a Whiteboard. An easy to use and free program is Microsoft Whiteboard.

Program that includes a word processor: It is advisable to use Open Office (free installation) to write the answers to your exercises.

Convert files to pdf: Download the cam-scanner program from your mobile phone to convert the notebook files to pdf and send them easily to your teacher.

Computer organization

Organize your computer lessons:

Save the address of the training platform to Google bookmarks.
Save your passwords on the platform.
Organize the e-mails you exchange with your teachers by creating folders per lesson on the e-mail platform you use.
Download the course files from the e-mails and archive them by creating a folder on the computer desktop with the structure you see on the right.

How the online course is created

In the modern educational platform of our Group you have the opportunity to attend the lesson from your home in the fastest and safest way!

You enter our website and log in with the personal codes that you received during your registration.

Watch the lesson live according to the schedule you have received.

You have the opportunity to watch your teacher and his electronic board without having to take notes as the digital files will be sent to your personal e-mail at the end of the course.

In case you are absent from the digital course, you have the opportunity, after agreement, to attend it asynchronously since it will be uploaded on the educational platform of the tutoring center.

Terms of competitions

Our schools in their effort to ensure the quality of their services achieve the evaluation of students through competitions using the tools offered by technology. The following are conducting instructions for our students.

You will be connected to the digital room 10 minutes earlier than the time of the competition, you will receive the test through our online platform and you will write the answers with remote surveillance, through your camera or your mobile phone!

You should keep in mind that the start and end time of the competition will be strictly adhered, so be careful not to exceed 3 hours.

Once you have completed the process, attach the digitized exam to the teacher's e-mail.

To digitize your test, you can use a free scanner available in your mobile store. We indicatively mention the CamScanner program.

Important clarification: The exams are an integral part of the educational process as they evaluate the effort you make throughout the school year while, at the same time, giving your teacher the opportunity to determine the degree of achievement of your educational goals. For this reason, take care to ensure their quality.

Try to create a real classroom environment.

Keep only the necessary stationery for you (blue pen, eraser, pencil, reference glue or A4 notebook glue)

Remove distracting screens.

Inform the family environment about the conduct of the examination so that it does not interrupt you.

Sit in a quiet place.

Parents briefing

After contacting, parents - guardians of the students are informed regularly about their childrens’ progress. After a pre-arranged appointment, all the student's teachers and guardians enter our platform "live", and detailed information is provided about their progress.

Moreover, through our platform parents have access (with special personalized codes) to the child's card which can be informed about everything (absences, grades, monthly written progress comments from teachers, extra lessons, etc.)!

Η επιχείρηση ΒΑΦΕΙΑΔΑΚΗΣ ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ ΙΚΕ που εδρεύει στην περιφέρεια ΑΤΤΙΚΗΣ εντάχθηκε στη δράση «Ψηφιακό Βήμα» προϋπολογισμού 84 εκατ. Ευρώ. Η Δράση στοχεύει στην ψηφιακή αναβάθμιση των πολύ μικρών, μικρών και μεσαίων επιχειρήσεων.

Ο συνολικός προϋπολογισμός της επένδυσης είναι 43.000,00 € εκ των οποίων η δημόσια δαπάνη ανέρχεται σε 21.500,00 € και συγχρηματοδοτείται από την Ελλάδα και το Ευρωπαϊκό Ταμείο Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.

Το επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο που εγκρίθηκε προς χρηματοδότηση και υλοποιείται, περιλαμβάνει επενδύσεις στις παρακάτω κατηγορίες:
